• Specific tax codes for fuel uses. Diesel non-tax, state tax.
• Accurate miles per gallon, per transaction, when odometer reading is entered correctly.
• Cost per mile on vehicle.
• City name of purchase location.
• Code to identify specific site in same city.
• Summary of total account purchases for pricing and accounting purposes.
• Purchases per each state for tax purposes.
